German White Garlic: Very large hardneck porcelain garlic. German White garlic offers a strong garlic flavor with a long-lasting heat that softens when cooked. This variety is widely grown for both its garlic scapes, which are false flower stalks that can be eaten as vegetables, and for their silvery-white, papery bulbs.
Shipping Terms: Currently we are only offering USPS Large and Medium flat rate shipping boxes. Large boxes have a maximum weight of 8 lbs of bagged garlic and the medium box can hold up to 4 lbs of bagged garlic. If you select the wrong shipping option for the amount of garlic you purchased you will be notified and we will correct it accordingly. If you would like to order more than 8lbs of garlic, you can fill out this form and we will contact you about wholesale orders.
Amount: Each bag, regardless of the size of the heads of garlic, will contain 1lb.
