Music Garlic: Music garlic is a Porcelain Hardneck garlic and is hot when eaten raw. Music garlic has a robust flavor when cooked and is very popular with chefs. Each bulb is tightly wrapped in layers of porcelain white, thin, papery skin and contains an average of 4 to 7 large cloves per bulb.
Shipping Terms: Currently we are only offering USPS Large and Medium flat rate shipping boxes. Large boxes have a maximum weight of 8 lbs of bagged garlic and the medium box can hold up to 4 lbs of bagged garlic. If you select the wrong shipping option for the amount of garlic you purchased you will be notified and we will correct it accordingly. If you would like to order more than 8lbs of garlic, you can fill out this form and we will contact you about wholesale orders.
Amount: Each bag, regardless of the size of the heads of garlic, will contain 1lb.
